yutopia films has been established by Yulia Serdyukova in 2019.
Yulia is a film producer, curator, photographer and queer feminist activist. Co-organiser of Filma. Feminist Film Festival, member of Freefilmers collective. Before yutopia films, Yulia has produced three feature documentaries and a number of shorts either as an interdependent producer under the name Honest Fish Documentary Stories1 or with other partners2. Alumna of Eurodoc 2021, Emerging Producers 2020, Berlinale Talents 2018 and EWA’s Mentoring Scheme for emerging women producers 2018. Member of DAE.
